ORDER MINIMUMS:
Minimum Opening Order/Reorder: $50 USD (before shipping costs)
Minimum Quantities: 3 each of each style/design.

COPYRIGHT:
All my items feature my original artwork that is owned exclusively by me, Monica Memory. It is not legal to use my artwork without my consent. You can not create new products using any of my artwork, only resell the products purchased from me.

RESALE:
Resale is NOT permitted on third-party selling platforms like Amazon, Ebay or Etsy. Resale is permitted in-person in your store or at events and/or on your own website.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Credit Card, Cheque, E-Transfer, Paypal or payments directly on Faire.

FULFILLMENT TIMES:
Fulfillment time for wholesale orders ranges from 5-10 business days. If you require expedited fulfillment, please email monica@paperpatternsilk.com and I can let you know if I'm able to accommodate your request.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Wholesale orders are not able to be returned or exchanged. If you order on Faire wholesale, you may be able to return directly to Faire by contacting their support. Please let me know if any items arrive damaged within 7 days of receipt and I will arrange replacements.

SHIPPING:
I ship with Canada Post within Canada, the USA and Internationally. My items are small and lightweight, so shipping costs usually range in the $10-20 range. Orders under 100 quantity stickers can often fit in Oversized Lettermail (only within Canada). Faire requires me to ship with tracking, so shipping on Faire orders will be at least $10 usd.

DISCOUNTS:
I occasionally run promotions in my Faire shop as well as at tradeshows. If you would like to place an order over $1500 please contact me for discounted pricing.
